/sb toggle not work

Describe the bug use '/sb toggle' not work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use SternalBoard-2.3.2
  2. use sb toggle command
  3. not work

Expected behavior When use command will toggle board show

On a Paper server without other plugins seems to work proper.
