Personally Created Mods No Longer Show

Mods I have created and manually added to my content folder (without uploading them to Steam because they are just personal mods) do not show anymore with this latest update.

you can put mods in the data folder, faq in the app mentions an example of its loaction

OK it works. But I could not organize my mods with folders. It is such a mess in the data folder!!!!!! Counld you please restore the feature to manage personal in the previous way?
