Feature/Suggestion: Add an option for the EarthBound title screen

Please add an optional patch for the original earthbound title screen or a title screen that says "EarthBound" as there are some people who may want to play the game with its localized title for nostalgia or for other reasons. This would also make for a great combo for a trilogy play through with the already existing "EarthBound Beginnings: Definitive Edition" Patch for the NES game.
