[BUG] Error when adding shadows consecutively in paint tools

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Current Behavior

Paint does not update when shadow value changed with the aforementioned method.

Expected Behavior

Reflect update for the paint changes in chat and in paint tool preview.

Steps To Reproduce

Step 1: Add shadows consecutively Step 2: change value in one of the shadows
