[Bug] Mention highlights turn other chatter's messages red when mentioning themselves (vods)

Describe the bug When a random chatter has their name mentioned in the same message they send, it highlights the entire message. This only happens with vods.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a random vod
2. Wait until somebody subs or replies to their own message
3. It is now red

Expected behavior It should not be highlighted (I'm pretty sure this feature is only intended when a chatter mentions your username)
