[Feature] Ignore battery saver state

It would be nice if there was a switch in the settings to ignore the battery saver.

For now (at least for me) when battery saver is enabled in Android, the app replies with an SMS message that it can't get location and sends the battery percentage.

I have read, that new androids (I have 6.0 on real phone) have some limitations for working gps in background. May be this problem has workaround... I need to read more about this

If possible, maybe the app could automatically temporary disable battery saver :thinking: just like it does with auto-enable-gps
