Can't reset mod configuration by running `configure sodium=`

Describe the bug

Due to some changes in 6ccd1cb you cannot reset any configuration.

This will be fixed in the future when mcman configure command will be reworked to allow for interactions

Expected Behavior

Should reset configuration for specified sites
