Change `--mod-loader fabric/forge` to `--fabric` `--forge`

Why change?

• --mod-loader fabric/forge is not consistent with how --alpha and --beta works
• It's still easy to understand --fabric and --forge
• It's easier to remember
• Doesn't require the user to write a lot of words, more compact CLI
