[BUG] You don't know if a settings file is checked out or not

You can check out a settings file but there is no feedback on the surface if it is checked our or not

👉 Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to setup menuitem
2. Right click on Sharing.settings
3. Select Check out from the dropdown
4. ??

😯 Current behavior

There is no feedback if it is checked out

🤔 Expected behavior

Should look the same as in the grid, when a file is checked out:

• [x] Locked icon on the box
• [x] tooltip: Locked by ...
