Picker should be extended with filtering to (a) specific type(s)

Now, there is no opportunity to limit the picker to only select specific type(s) from it.

🤔 Expected Behavior

New prop where developer can list the content types which can be reference. (The solution should handle that we need folders for navigation in the tree, but folders may not be selectable.
