[BUG] Lifespan on the form

The "Valid From" and "Valid Till" controls are visible and editable but the "Enable lifespan" is switched off.

👉 Steps To Reproduce

1 - Log in to https://admin.test.sensenet.com repo: https://snover.service.sensenet.com. 2 - On the left menu click the globe. 3 - Select "Edit" from the Actions of the first line (PersionalSettings) 4 - See the screenshot.

🤔 Expected behavior

The two date control should be disabled or invisible.

@kavics I think it is not a bug and I don't even know how to solve it (this forms are autogenerated by the ctd fields and there are no connection between these fields) so I change this issue to a non-bug one, and put the discussion tag on it. We should discuss this later.
