Error: Invalid Response: Error: getaddrinfo ENOENT localhost: 14265
Everything seems to be working fine till the IRI isn't booting up at all. I've set my windows firewall from control panel to allow 14600 UDP, 15600 TCP and 16600 TCP.

@lovetheus Seems that there is some misconfig regarding your DNS lookup on your local computer. Try cleaning your hosts file and do a reboot or a ipconfig /flushdns. Are you using some local server emus like apache (xampp) etc.? Is the stated port already in use by another software that is currently running?
One more thing: You need to allow the ports in your internet router too, not only in windows firewall/antivirus, but i don't think this is your problem here.
@stereu I have tried ipconfig/flushdns. It said it has flushed the DNS. I'm not sure if it's on local server. I assume it's. It's a work PC with Ethernet cable. I son't think the states port is in use by another software. It's still giving me the same error on the iri. I will try to restart now and reboot the bolero. Do i need to clean the .bolero/db again? i did it twice already.
Since I don't have access to the internet router, I tried using portmapper to manually access but it gave me errors.
Is the work PC used in a LAN of an institution or company? Do you have admin rights? Sometimes the local DNS are blockey due to security reasons.
Yes, we use a LAN within an institution and I have the admin right. I have looked for a while and can't find anything. Any tips?

@romansemko , ive two machines. one mac and one windows. this one is windows problem. But now, i've bolero running on windows, i tried to add neighbors via GUI and it won't work. I haven't done headless node since there was no picture tutorial for windows. The neighbor said added me already. I can't get it started. What else am I missing??
@lovetheus: You can‘t run Bolero and a Full Node on the same machine like you do. Bolero is a full node by itself, no need to start IOTA Wallet either. Switch the wallet to Light-Mode in order to connect to the fullnode created by Bolero. I can heavily suggest you to read about IOTA technology and try to understand the function of nodes before trying to create one with „picture tutorials“.
