[🚀 Feature]: Fix Twitter Summary Cards

Feature and motivation

Need to update the metadata on website pages to show the right image thumbnails on Twitter posts. I've done this before on other sites, but don't have time to fix right now.

The problem resides in Twitter itself, Twitter Cards are broken
