[BUG REPORT] - Arguments do nothing on Windows x64 binary

Description

Passing arguments like --sleep 15 or --monitor 1500 do nothing on Windows, it just downloads the entire thread and then exits.

Steps to reproduce

1. From PowerShell enter cmd
2. Enter 4cget-windows-amd64.exe "https://boards.4chan.org/wsg/thread/5802330#q5802330" --monitor 1200 --sleep 15
3. Thread is downloaded but --monitor and --sleep flags are ignored

Expected behavior

Flags should be acknowledged

Actual behavior

Flags are ignored

4chan is back online and has enhanced its bot protection. Even whitelisted IPs now trigger Cloudflare's anti-bot system. The current approach for 4cget no longer works, so I will archive the repository...
