Problem with download reference genome from PanPhlAn pangenome database

Hi,

Thank you for developing this great tool! I am using python 3.9.18 and trying to download reference genomes for a few species from PanPhlAn pangenome database following the Tutorial-3_0 (https://github.com/SegataLab/panphlan/wiki/Tutorial-3_0).

These are 8 bacteria I need and I was trying to download them with the following script. However, the process kept terminated during the "Extracting archive" step, as per the screenshot attached below

panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Lactobacillus_plantarum panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Bifidobacterium_longum panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Bifidobacterium_animalis panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Bifidobacterium_breve panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Lactobacillus_rhamnosus panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Lactobacillus_paracasei panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Lactobacillus_reuteri panphlan_download_pangenome.py -i Streptococcus_thermophilus

Would you please advise what would be the possible cause of this problem and how can I go about it?
