[Suggestion] - freeze cell and column

For larger csv files it would nice to have something like the "freeze-feature"(description for libreoffice https://help.libreoffice.org/3.5/Calc/Freezing_Rows_or_Columns_as_Headers).

I would be great to have it for the table_editor No idea whether it is possible to add something to the normal text editor.
