There's already several issues talking about import/export/sharing of chips and circuits. #278 and #370 (which you pointed out was already a duplicate in that issue) and #340 (which is an issue that you created).

This is the third instance of you creating an issue for something that you yourself already made an issue for. Please make use of the search function - or even browse the existing open issues as there are only 113 (as of right now), if only to make sure that you haven't already suggested it.
