Allow for pins/chips to be rotated so that their placement doesn't always have to be left to right

duplicate of #313

No, I don't mean pins being movable on the "display of a chip", I mean being able to rotate an existing chip 90/180/270/360 degrees so that I'm not forced to put it in a "left to right" arrangement. Likewise, allow rotating input/output pins so that they don't have to necessarily always be on the left side, same for outputs that must be aligned to the right. And input pin is an input pin, it can appear on the left, right, top of bottom side and as far as the code is concerned it should mostly just be allowing rotation and that's it.

Still, not much to do with #313

Fair enough about rotating the chip as a whole, but being able to put input and output pins on any side of a chip is what I was describing in 313

Yeah, but I never meant it on the chip at all, I meant it when going inside a chip and seeing the inputs and the outputs being able to rotate their elements so that they are not always oriented input on left and output on right. Basically... this:

Excuse the crappy paint job. The same for rotating the actual chip regardless of which pin configuration it has and if it has pins on top/bottom/etc.

Maybe to then help differentiate inputs from outputs (since they share the same image) changing the image.

Ahhh, I follow now. You're right: we are talking about two distinct, though highly complimentary ideas. My bad.
