[feature] Dip Switches

It'd be cool to have a bank of 1, 4, or 8 Dip Switches that one could put onto the body of a chip, much like a display but interactive. It'd be very helpful to have for things like memory addressing or similar.

I totally get that one could just have an input pin next to the chip and wire it up, but I feel like there are some uses that this would "feel" better for - chip settings and the like.

With the addition of on-chip LEDs I think its important to make any kind of on-chip Input read differently from those LEDs to disambiguate. I get that this would be a deviation from what is on, say, an 8-but IN node, but on-chip input of that style could very easily be mistaken as a series of LEDs.
