[FEATURE REQUEST] Able to rotate chips

seeming as dls is coming along nicely i think it would be pretty handy to have the ability to rotate chips for more complex circuits, as it would allow more compact creations to be made.

this would, in my opinion pair nicely with a scaleable layout so you are able to make bigger things. as of right now you can just barely make a 16 bit alu. and in all fairness in the very late stages a screen chip so people could make circuits that run things on the screen chip ~~by that i mean so we can play doom in dls~~ Example of what the rotate UI could look like (note that might have to hold down a button like tab and press so its not interfereing)
