Lack of timestamp in log entries with the file writer

We would like to have time stamp as a field to the log entry with the file writer. I don't see if this as an option in the config. As we are forwarding the logs into ES, we need to have the time stamp as a field among the log entries. Previously with the journal writer and ES template, we were able to get this.

Is it possible to get this for instance as a config option?

I think we'll implement it as the default, without requiring the config option. This was in #12 for a while.
