RTSP stream not playing

Overview of the Issue

When I add an RTSP stream from an AXIS camera, Screenly does not play it. Example: rtsp://user:[email protected]/axis-media/media.amp

On the other hand, when I add the stream as website, it plays properly. URL: http://user:[email protected]/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi

Environment

• Raspberry Pi Hardware Version: 4B (rev. b03115)
• Raspberry Pi Network Setup: Ethernet

Questions

-) Is this because of the user and password within the URL? -) Is there a possibility to view error logs of the video player?

Btw: when I add the rtsp stream to VLC media player on the latest Buster GUI, it plays without any problems
