Fix sound

Sound is currently choppy and stuttering.

Hi , same here http://toadking.com/retroarch/snes9x-next.html , but im load Chrono Trigger (USA).sfc in this page and mark vsync and modify Latency to 200 and 300 and works good music , will have to do something latency and sync with your problem?

Any update on this problem? I did a similar implementation to yours, and have the same problem with the sound.
