Have a script for releasing nmatrix and all allied plugins at the same time

NMatrix plugins use the same version number as that of NMatrix.

There is a chance that one might forget to release the plugins and the main gem together, so I propose that we write a script that will automate release of the mainline nmatrix gem and all the plugins that reside in the main repo.
