CompatHelper: bump compat for MethodOfLines to 0.11 for package test, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the MethodOfLines package from 0.6, 0.7 to 0.6, 0.7, 0.11 for package test. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
