Delay Differential Equations

As briefly discussed in #53 , we need to create DDE systems from basis objects to deploy HAVOK ( and HankelDMD I guess ) as useable systems.

Hello, I was just wondering if there was any additional work on finding time delay terms when estimating the equations that govern a system? I am still not very familiar with Sindy, etc., but I wanted to experiment with a system of discrete delay difference equations.
