Fix catamel issues https://github.com/SciCatProject/catamel/issues/235 and https://github.com/SciCatProject/catamel/issues/392

Expected Behaviour

Make it easy to navigate between proposals, sample and raw/derived datasets by clicking links

The idea is that we extend the existing information by new data/columns which are derived from dedicated (sets of) queries which enhance the information and provide links to the detail information, terefore making it easy to navigate between the different views of Proposals, Samples and Datasets

This may imply that we replace the existing proposal view (can we make use of shared table here ?)
