[pdfx] Is there any way we can tell if the pdf is scrolling and pausing?

Hello team. I found that clicking the page while scrolling will pause scrolling and go back to this page I think we can get the current page and jump to the implementation. However is there any way we can tell if the pdf is scrolling and pausing when jumpToPage and animateToPage?
