Prepare SuperSocketNetCore for nuget

Hi SarcoZ I would like to use your SuperSocketNetCore, but I want to use it as a nuget package. So I made a few changes for that:

• Rename projects to SuperSocketNetCore
• Add nuget parameters to projects
• Add bug fix from SuperSocket
• Add powershell scripts to pack and push packages

Are you interested in that? Otherwise, I will do it on my fork. Is it possible to remove the Dlr project? I found no reference for that.
