plugin.program.browser.launcher: Add Android browser support

Hi,

I did this PR to implement Android browser support for this addon. Currently, I added Lynket browser only, because I have better experience with this browser (can make other browsers as its backend) on my Oppo K9 TV (Android 9) than others. But if needed, I can also add Android Chrome in the future.
