Prime tv-show listing fails when a show with no episodes is added

Describe the bug

When adding a season without episodes the tv-shows and all give errors

I found this when I tried adding season 3 of 'the boys' reproducer: (fix is below)

• on a non-kodi prime client ( your mobile prime app ) ensure there are no seasons of 'the boys' in your 'watch list/stuff'
• on kodi prime addon refresh the 'tv-shows' and the 'all' folders.
• on your mobile prime app - add season 3 of 'the boys' to your watchlist (no episodes in there at the time of writing 2022-04-30)
• on kodi prime addon refresh the 'tv-shows' folder ( it took more time than usual on my system)
• on kodi prime addon refresh the 'all' folder ...it will give the error
• on kodi prime addon open tv-shows folder (might be an error)
• on kodi prime addon open season 3 of the boys folder (there will be an error)

To fix this...

• on your mobile prime app remove season 3 of the boys
• on kodi prime addon refresh tv-shows and all folders

Workaround

• on your mobile prime app first add another season of 'the boys' (ensure that it is not the season without episodes)
• on your mobile prime app add the season 3 of 'the boys'
• on the kodi addon refresh the tv-shows folder and the all folder
• on the kodi addon check the tv-shows folder and 'the boys' folder
• on the kodi addon check the all folder
