[Feature Request]: Downloader errors : Allow disabling the windows popup

Problem Description

Currently, for me at least, the auto downloader is in a state where downloads fail 90% of the time, but still works 10% of the time. I'd like to keep it enabled but it keeps spamming error popups. The popups are especially annoying as they will bring the window to the front of the desktop and interrupt what you're doing.

Proposed Solution

Ideally we would be able to decide to print the error into logs as an advanced option, but at the very least never have the popups be brought to the front of the desktop at all.

Alternatives Considered

Disabling auto-downloader is an option to avoid the annoyance of error popups. Not ideal at all though.

This is not about downloads not working, this is solely about the error popup.
