BUFFERING MOVIE TO 1%, PLEASE WAIT

when i want to watch a movie it doesn't play it says BUFFERING MOVIE TO 1%, PLEASE WAIT (waited around 15min) ???

Open your web console and check the object that is being logged. It'll have a property called progress. Check that number and see if it's going up. I thought the same thing, but I really just had a bad internet connection.
