i download gif image but server changed its formate to webp when i try to gif format it makes still image

found some problem here

after upscaled it removes images details as you can see in screenshot

example if i try to remove O outside texture removed but inside white texture it stays (inside O) and instead of saving its original name it gives some temp names...
