Benchmark does not recognize multiple markup for single line

• only first markup element will be updated for True but second - kept False

todo:

• apply value start-end for checking duplicates
• ~split column LineStart:LineEnd to the pair~
• check duplicate in markup for value start position only or overlap (?)
• assign TRUE if overlap too (?)
