Add analysis window parameter to auto-tune

I ran into an issue with the auto-tune command. I have a sample (attached) of a dulcimer note. It's almost in tune, maybe +- 4 cents out. When I run it through the auto-tune (and pass in the expected note) the output is way off, maybe -15 cents.

I'm wondering if this can be improved? I'm thinking with plucked/struck samples like this that have a decay is it possible for the tuning algorithm to base its target just on the initial attack of the sample and ignore the decay? Maybe have an analysis window parameter or something?
