Clear and concise description of the problem
If I'm reading #285 correctly, PodFetch intentionally does not sync subscriptions, and only syncs playback status. It seems like it does this both directions - adding something to PodFetch does not add it to AntennaPod, and vice versa. It would be very useful to be able to control this behavior, or at least be able to see all subscriptions that have been synchronized.
Suggested solution
I would suggest that PodFetch have a full list of the synchronized subscriptions available somewhere for privileged users so that they can be added to PodFetch quickly, instead of having to search for the proper RSS.
Alternative
Ultimately, having a per-user and per-podcast option to sync the played status and subscription via gPodder would be ideal, but would likely be significantly more work.
