Able to get buttons as items

When you do shift + click on any button then close the inventory fast enough, the button gets placed into the player's inventory (Its not a ghost item)

I'm using v1.3.1, not sure if thats the latest

This issue is still reproducible in 1.4.1. Also it seems when players shift click the InventoryClickEvent is not triggered.

Steps to reproduce: 0. Open the gui.

  1. Shift + left click on a item in the gui, then try press ESC after the item appears in your hotbar.
  2. Done, but it might need a few tries to be successful
