Buffer serialization of the replay frames endpoint

The /replay/<replay_id>/positions endpoint generates a gigantic JSON which can take a long time to serialize, transfer, deserialize. Add an option to use protobuf or flatbuffers to serialize replay frame data. Flatbuffers have better performance.
