Integrate LFS in OrgCheck

I hope you might still consider integrating Flow-Scanner into OrgCheck. Totally understand this is not a priority. However, I'd still like to understand how scoring works and it does seem some of the scoring in OrgCheck is based on the exact same logic available in LFS(Such as hard coded ids).

It is very easy for LFS to expose the static resource as an independent package for OrgCheck. Integrating LFS into Org Check will provide the community with an example of 2nd generation package integrations,
potentially strengthen both communities and reduce maintainance overhead.

I am excited about a possible collaboration here between the repos, and if you can provide me with a minimal baseline for integration, I am more than happy to help realize it.
