[Protection] Add PlayFab detection
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1546930/Angry_Angry_Shark/ Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Playfab.com 100000 machine activation limit
PlayFab (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/playfab) is not purely a DRM, but rather an all-around game development service that appears to contain some DRM elements, though possibly purely optionally. Before detection is added, it needs to be investigated if PlayFab inherently includes DRM, or if we'll have to detect only the DRM components themselves. The duplicate issue appears to reference an older version of PlayFab, seemingly before it was acquired by MS (https://blogs.microsoft.com/blog/2018/01/29/microsoft-acquires-playfab-accelerating-game-development-innovation-cloud/).
