Automate documentation generation

Right now, we have to manually update our docs website, whenever the underlying library changes. That shouldn't be the case. Ideally, whenever a new version is pushed, a new docs website should be generated with:

• All languages should pull directly from UniversalPython instead of being retyped here
• Docs-site should be available in different languages
