Disable experimental features in Release builds

The following experimental features will be disabled in Release 0.1.0-alpha.1:

  • Expanded screen scaling
  • Free graphics
  • Debug menu
  • Deity difficulty
  • Noise destroy animation
  • Smaller/larger map sizes
