Link to library(dicts) opens HTML in new tab

When I click on the library(dicts) link in this tutorial SWISH notebook, it opens a new swish tab with HTML in it. I assume this is not the intended behavior. After clicking the link, the URL in the browser also changes to http://swish.swi-prolog.org/pldoc/doc/swi/library/dicts.pl. But if I open a new tab in the browser and go to this same URL it correctly displays the documentation for library(dicts).
