Provision mixed disk drive layouts when specifying --num-disks and --disk-size multiple times.

This looks like a new feature, and a slight behavior change. Did we have any discussion on why do we need this? If so, is there any reference to the discussion and decision taken? Now, if we really want this feature the docs should be updated within this PR, of course, description of the commits should be updated to give more understanding for a reviewer what is change and why, and probably usage hints too.
