✨ Buttons - Unlink the styles from Solid Flat and Outline designs

In buttons, the same colour is used as a single definition for the three styles. At this moment it's imposible to set one GRAY for solid neutral, and a different gray for outline neutral, hence the contrast is very poor in some brands.

Check this example from Milanuncios.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should be possible to pick one colour for the solid versions of the buttons, and a different one for Outline.

(The same happens for flat design)
