Using '__IOM' for peripheral register definitions

This is pulll request to close #3 if there is no specific reason to use "__IO" in the libraries.

I hope you are doing well. We finally got the feedback of our development teams. They agree on the principle of such update. However, due to limited bandwidth, they do not plan to consider this request for the moment. Maybe for future development. I will keep you informed should there be any updates in their plans.
