Greek fonts should only use Tonos accents, and not Oxia

A useful discussion at https://www.ibiblio.org/bgreek/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4170 The Tyndale Keyboard produce έ (U+1F73) instead of έ (U+03AD) --- but STEP Bible has it correctly. This isn't urgent.
