Viewer does not show any data

Hi,

I have done the steps in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW2Tpq2Yk_c

Unfortunately, when I try to view my data in InViewer, nothing appears. I use Port Number '3000' and Parameter 'api/ijson' just like they do in the video. I use chrome as browser and get the viewer but it is empty..

Any idea on how to fix this?
