Describe the Bug

Lots of little issues have popped up with the API Client that could have been mitigated with proper test implementations.

Expected Behavior

Our CI/CD Pipelines should run Integration tests to ensure that our Endpoints are being hit properly.

Tasks

• [ ] Spec out requirements for Integration testing
• [ ] Add Issues to the backlog for future implementation

@tkapa can we please add this to the top of the backlog as p1 for the next sprint? And include tests that ensure our role filters work as expected (on the API). E.g., a token issued to a non-admin should not be able to add a reward.
